As an economist and internet specialist with more than 19 years of professional experience in design, development, management of complex information platforms, websites, social media channels and in digital marketing of products and services (B2B & B2C) I am currently looking for a new challenge in the fields of Digital Media Management and Online Marketing.
During my very intense work at the former german governmental institution Treuhandanstalt I have gained considerable management and negotiation experience in the fields of privatization, controlling and contract management as well as proven leadership experience through managing interdisciplinary teams of up to 30 highly qualified employees, who were working together permanently under pressure in fast changing environments.
In the last sixteen years I have specialized in the internet and e-commerce sector. As project manager of the internet project “KLinform” at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern I have been responsible for the strategy, conception and realization of the project visions. Furthermore I was in charge of the coordination of the consortium comprising 22 investors (public private partnership) and for the creation of a team of up to 12 employees, with whom we developed successfully the prototype of a multifunctional customer oriented information platform, anticipating the different user needs referring to Information, Communication and Transaction (ICT) in various life situations.
After having managed successful the SpinOff of this project single handedly I have acted more than ten years as General Manager of the succeeding internet startup company KLinform KG, which operated a complex user oriented information platform with more than 100 fields of interest. During this time I gained a broad and deep understanding referring to all aspects of web-management and digital marketing.
From 2013 to 2015 I have worked as Marketing Manager (online/offline) and as Head of Communications (incl. Social Media) for several internet StartUp companies in Berlin and Kaiserslautern. Since 2015 I am working as Consultant (Freelancer) in the fields of Digital Media, Online Marketing and Social Media.
